By accessing or using our stations, services, software, or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Station Usage Policy and User Obligations
- Users must register or log in before accessing any service station.
- Each user is responsible for ensuring the safe and respectful use of the station. Any misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized access may result in penalties, account suspension, or legal action.
- Users must comply with all posted instructions, safety guidelines, and local laws.
- Station access is non-transferable and intended solely for personal or authorized commercial use.
- Users must not interfere with or attempt to modify station hardware or software.
2. Payment Settlement, Session Fees & Dispute Resolution
- All sessions are billed based on time, usage type, or fixed pricing models, as clearly displayed before confirmation.
- Users agree to settle all charges immediately through the available payment options (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, etc.).
- In case of a payment failure, services may be suspended until dues are cleared.
- Disputes regarding billing or service issues must be reported within 7 days of the session through our official support channel.
- The company will investigate disputes in good faith and resolve them within 14 business days. Any refund or credit will be issued at the company’s sole discretion.
3. Liability Limits, Software Updates, and Force Majeure
- We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access to the station due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical faults.
- Users accept that all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Software updates may be pushed remotely without prior notice. Users agree to accept all automatic updates necessary for continued use.
- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyber-attacks, government restrictions, or war (Force Majeure).
4. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the new Terms.
