Simply pull up, plug in your vehicle, and scan the barcode displayed on the charger. That’s it! No app, no account required. Payment is securely processed via your mobile device, and charging begins immediately.
We support CCS (Combined Charging System) and NACS (Tesla) connectors. Tesla drivers can use an adapter at our stations. CHAdeMO support may be available at select locations.

Prices vary by location, but you’ll always see the exact per-kWh or per-minute rate before your session begins. No hidden fees, no surprises
After scanning the barcode, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment portal. Pay with any major credit or debit card—no account or app needed.
At busy locations, we may charge a small idle fee if your car remains plugged in after it’s fully charged. This helps ensure charger availability for other drivers. You’ll be notified of any idle fee before your session begins.
Yes. After completing your payment, you’ll receive an email or SMS receipt with the session details, including energy used and cost.
Vehicle Compatibility
We support nearly all EVs sold in North America, including models by Tesla, Ford, GM, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Lucid, and others
Yes, for now, Tesla drivers will need a CCS adapter (most Tesla drivers already have one). We’re working to add NACS plug support across all locations by late 2025.

Ensure your cable is fully connected and the vehicle is in “Park.” Try rescanning the barcode. If it still doesn’t work, call our 24/7 support line for immediate help: 1‑800‑VOLT‑EV.

Each charger also displays a station number and URL you can type manually. You can also call support and reference the station ID for help.
